BAD service from ADT Fedlity Services
ADT makes you pay for half the service all the time and it is the 3rd time we are complaining that the armed response is not doing the job outlined in the service - todays occassions the armed security just sat in his car and did not do back perimeter check.

As per the Armed Response Manager, it was mentioned in the telephonic conversation you had with him at the time. Hence him asking you to send the footage. He has been trying to make contact with you telephonically again, but couldn't get through.
I will ask him to call you again today to finalise this with you.
