Bad Service from ADT District Sales Manager

I previously had a problem with ADT regarding the sales team at ADT selling me a wireless alarm system which the promised was a better solution to a wired system as no damage would be sustained to the building. However when it was removed damage was sustained on the property. I requested Michelle Whittle the District Sales Manager to investigate and come back to me and she has up to now fobbed me off and makes empty promises. Either the MD of ADT comes back to me or the Sales Director. As there is no one else that can help me.
