Bad Service From ADT
I Signed A 2 Year Contract With ADT Security Due To Unforseen Circumstances I Had To Cancel With Them I was told to complete a cancelation form as which I did There's a Cancelation Fee I Have to pay which I understand and willing to do it
I asked Justine The Lady I was Dealing with if its possible If I could Make payment arrangements she agreed
Until today no one has gotten back to me regarding payment arrangements now I'm sitting with a low credit score on my ITC Report which is ****ing me off..
They were quick to allow me to join with them now its a struggle getting rid of them
Can someone please help me
