Bad service from ADT

I would just like to say it is one of the worst services i have ever had with an company. They came to replace an faulty alarm eye and the technician said they tested it and is working so i armed the alarm that night and when i went out i forgot to switch off the alarm and it never tripped the alarm it just blinks.

Called the technical department and they could only help me ober 5 days wich is unexceptable as what will happen if i had an brakein who would be reliable for the loss.

They said for two days there would be an technician send to my house and nothing happend..

Just want to know now what must i do looks like they dont realy care aslong as they just get paid and contracts they happy no feedback to there customers.

Would never recomend them to anyone.
