Bad service from ADT

ADT robs their loyal customers. Ive been with them many years. Paying over R600 pm. They say its only because it went up ever year. But if i cancell now and start a new contract the premium will be much lower. Ive also had to spend 30 minutes on my phone to try and get someone to assist me being transferred from pillar to post and still not HELPED !!!! Thats what you get for being a loyal customer for ten years !!! Also when they come out to the house they are impatient. Glad im cancelling.
