Bad service delivery and product.

I had experiance the worst service delivery from Adt. I had their system installed two months ago but it did not work since day one. I have requested for a cancellation via email. I have made several calls and have been put on hold on every call with not answers accept for that they will call me back. Nobody has called me since to further add that the agents are had their system installed two months ago but it did not work since day one. I have requested for a cancellation via email. I have made several calls to the Adt head office only to be put on hold on every call with no answers accept for that they will call me back. Nobody has called me since to further add that the agents are rude and never helpful. Adt has the worst security product on the market but their sales people make it to be the best...mahn what a load of nonsence. Faulse advertising. Regards Niel
