Bad service

I was misled on the product by fedelity consultant. The product I took was for R169 the debit order is not the same they took R399 .97 AND R61 rand of which I was not informed of extra charge that will take place.It appears to me that I was **********. I should have contacted Car tracker they are honest when they say the product is 99 rand that's what one will pay
