Bad Service / Broken Promises

Last month I logged a complaint with ADT on their website and was contacted by Wiseman who assured us that in the future ADT control room will not call but dispatch Armed Response immediately. <br> So Sunday was a test, our alarm triggered at 10:54, we received a call from the Control Room which had me seething already as we were not supposed to receive calls. After speaking to the supervisor Logan I for about 6 minutes, Armed response shows up at 11:25. A full 30 minutes later. My family would have been dead. <br> I then asked that the Area Manager call me on Monday which is Wiseman and today is Tuesday I am still awaiting his call. Apart from that when we signed our contract with ADT we were advised that armed response time is between 5-7 minutes, Logan who is not even from the area says response time is 8-10 minutes. So I decided to question the armed response guard. So according to Logan the area we are in has 3 ADT vehicles but the one that had come to my premises was from town. And according to the response there is no way in the area that would take him to get to any premises in 10 minutes, its less than that. Just warning others that ADT has the worst service !!!!
