Bad service and incompetence

Fidelity ADT is the worst. They are very much ***********. I had changed my debit order details in 2022. For them to start debiting from my husband's account. A form was filled in and emailed to them. They only changed the banking details and not the account holder. And only now I realise when checking my credit record that the ADT account is still under my name but with my husband's banking details and the account is in arrears for some reason. Which is funny that the account is in arrears but they are still rendering and responding to our alarm signals. I have sent them emails, I have called and they say someone will get back to me but no one is getting back to me and now my credit record that I have worked so hard to get it where it is has been ruined. I hate ADT and would never recommend it to anyone.
