Bad service and damaged goods

Adt was suppose to install alarm systems in the main house as well as the flat on Saturday the 16th of desember They installed in the main house after they stepped through my ceiling. Quote was done to get it fixed and they never installed in the flat but promised they would cone the next day, they send me the meering request for the next day but bever showed. Called them and finally they said they would come and we got a meeting request for Wednesday the 20th of desember at 9 am, they finally show at half past 10, late also with no explanation or call.

My ceiling is still not fix and I am still waiting....

Worst service I have ever received, that’s how they do business how are they going to respond in a emergency situation???

I am still waiting for management to contacts me I want to cancel everything!!!!
