Bad service and breach of contract

My contract with ADT ended in 2013 but still it shows as an open account on ITC's reports I contacted them so many times to correct that but they never came back to me or even respond to my emails they call will always promise to come back never did it's already 2018 ADT service sucks I tried everything but nothing seems to be working I think I need to report them to ombud. If you subscribe with ADT you're in fore it they want to keep you forever by not removing your name on ITC's reports
