Bad Service all round

<p>My house was recently broken into and their response was terrible. No one was home so i had to drive from Tzaneen to polokwane at 2am.Upon arival their guy gave a paper to write items that i saw were missing in the house and sign. Next day i get a report from them saying how i left my gate unlocked and thats the reason people stole from me. I needed the report for my insurance and these ADT people made sure i do not have a claim as according to the guard i just gave my property that i worked so hard to buy to *********. Im trying to understand why the stament was not made in my presence? Their guads can just go making up stories about clients? I have been trying to get hold of them to get the full story and in three days no one has even tried to help me. They put me on hold for ever and no is responding to my emails. I cant wait for this contract to expire.</p>
