Bad Service ADT

ADT number reflected on the signboard placed on my wall on my property is does not exist. Number is *** and this is supposed to be an emergency number.Tried contacting their offices in Pinetown Durban. All numbers do not exist. Finally got a number of *** from a friend from the said company. Also does not exist. Previously had the same problem and was given his Direct line number. This number also does not exist. Finally told my friend from ADT to ask an agent to call me as I wanted to do some upgrades to my security system with ADT. Relieved a call only about 5 hours later from a rep. Whilst trying to explain to him my requirements he put me on hold in order to take another call. Eventually was cut off by this rep. Bad service, bad response and pathetic attitude.
