Bad Service

Simply the worse security company around. A few months ago I told them I wanted to cancel with them. I was told that there is 3 year contract in place and I would need to pay X amount as it only expires in September. I did not want to give them another cent so decided to leave it until September. Only to get notified that management had agreed to cancel. I had a "so called" manager contact me to find out the reason for the cancellation. I told him about the lack of service and visibility in the area and you generally find the security guys parked under a tree asleep. I told them I was going with another company and this manager apologized for the poor service and that they would match what the other company were offering. I sent a follow up e-mail only to get a one liner from this manager to say he has sent my complaint to management. To date, still no more follow ups or even a contact from management. I would not recommend this company to anyone and advise that you stay well clear of them.
