BAD SERVICE

I had a problem last night. someone was standing at our gate my husband very sick press and the panic button the call centre called me I was on my way from work I have them to send out someone to go and have a look that was at 17h48 because we had a problem the week before where someone tempered with our palsied fence you guys only arrive at my house 18h30 this is unacceptable for on that help what could have happen in that 45minutes, I just feel if ADT gives this a have cancel this not the service we as the paying customer expect for a security company
