Bad service

My experience with the armed response is very bad and when i tell them to cancel the contract they tell me about the penalty fee because the contract is still active. I am always having a problem with their system and complaining about and tired of keeping on allowing strangers in my premises. Paying a penalty fee for the service that i am not happy about always having complains. I am totally not happy with their service
