Bad Service

Ladt Thirsday a Technicisn came in to check my alarm system. He was inefficient and in a hurry.I have been debited the service fee but there is a problem with the alarm.I called him again on Friday n he promised to come but didt .I am 63 yrs old and up since 6 this morning The consultants fo not know managers names I have calling John Wiid from before 6 n left messages he hadn't called back.No supervisors or managers are available..I needed to speak to Wahl Bartman regarding this terrible service. I was on the line with Enhle zjoha for over half an hour.Ansolutely no energy in her voice and dont oboe names of people higher that I can speak to
