bad service

My alarm went of this morning @ 00H30. ADT gave me a call and i said to them to send someone out cause the person jump over the fence. It took the vehichle 20 munites to arrive at my house. The vehichle was standing infront of the house for a few seconds and then moved forward after 5 minutes the vehicles revurse to the back again and was standing infront of the house. It took them 5 minutes before they get out of the vehichle. The person was using a torce did"nt even look over the fence to see if there is someone.I was alone at that time in my house and was pannic. I was waiting on ADT to give me a call but never phone me. Till this hour they never phone me . The service of ADT was very bad cause anything could happen to me
