bad service

I requested a patrol car twice in my Street, Hillen Street Towerby for assistance. Saturday Morning at 3:44 in the morning, 4 Gunshots fired in my street, ******* broke palisades of the neigbor to gain entrance, they "copied"the message at the same time, but after numerous requests the pitched up at 4:30 in the morning - 45 minute after responce requested. This morning at 2:45 - during loadshedding i heard a commotion outside and requested armend responce as dogs were going mad, yet again a minute later they said patrolling the area. another neigbor also belonging to ADT phoned for assistance as patrol car is still not there, 3:15 they said the patrol car is patrolling the area, yet im not seeing them on the cameras as i requested them in Hillen street, 3:39 the car turned into hillen street. and feedback given back to me that they found nothing at 3:48 - WOULD YOU FIND ANYTHING wrong after an hour and 3 minutes - their service is pathetic, we will be killed and rotten by the time ADT does pitch. Im not happy, and will be looking to join GAS or TPM - as they actually come out when we need them.
