BAD SERVICE

I had booked ADT technicians to come to my house today. Firstly, ADT couldn't tell me the exact time the technician will be there, they just said before midday. This is actually nonsense but I had no choice so I waited for them. I was told that they will phone me an hour before they come. At 11:30 I had not received a call from ADT and I phoned. They put me through to a technician who told me that he won't be able to make 12.00 o'clock. My entire morning was wasted and these guys don't even have the decency to let me know that they are running late, and they don't even apologise after such an inconvenience.<br> <br> I phoned to rebook and some Darrel guy said someone will phone me and confirm the time and no one did.<br> <br> What a pathetic service from ADT.
