Bad service

I requested the Adt to come and replace some of the sensors on the 23.04.2026. On the 25.04.2026 i received an sms saying that on the 28.04.2026 a technician will attend to my request on the 28.04.2026. I waited and called the 3 times call center just to find out the time the technician will be coming. Unfortunately they informed me that the technician is not picking their call and they can't give his contact numbers. I waited the whole day the technician never showed up till today. Never received any call from ADT. This is a worse service I ever received.
