Bad service

You call their Call Centre to get an appointment for a quote they are offline. You then finally get a confirmation sms for the appointment. Their sales reps gey to your home on a wrong day, it gets rattled and wonder if they are who they say they are. On the day the rep must come, you call him he tells you he is not coming. Saying he will come on Monday. Then he is 2 hours late. He finally gets to your home then he gives you a qoute and say you need to pay for connection fee, you make that payment then he disappears. You call him and ask when they will connect your device he tells you he will call you back but never does. You call their Call Centre then a Mbali tells she doea not care
