Bad service
Last week we had two attempted break ins at our home Thursday at 03:15 and Sunday morning at 06:15 we called you guys who responded after 20 minutes for Thursday During the following week we requested ADT to come to our home because we heard a bang close to us again they arrived late so we requested regular patrol on a daily basis in our area we not at home during from the morning at 05:00 am until 16:00 .
Our panic button is out of order which you guys inform us that you will get someone to come fix yet we are still waiting what are we paying you guys for this **** service
We need this to be fixed or we will get another service provider that will provide a good service
