BAD SERVICE

My Home was broken in to on the 24 May 2018 during the day the alarm was ringing on our side, if it wasn't for my front door neighbor my house would have been empty. The Alarm was going off but ADT never pitch i had to call them and inform them ji had a break-in when arrived when my hubby had left work to get to the scene he was their before them and all that was said as that the i wasn't alerted at head office. WHY am i paying for the service and uselessness i want be things replaced by ADT.
