Bad Service

How I regret ever joining ADT. They are the worst security company EVER. It takes them 25 to 30 minutes to respond to my alarm and they forever have ridiculous excuses. I've complain to them everytime about their bad service and they're just not bordered. Not that I wasn't a victim of crime before. Tonight was now just the last straw. Someone was standing infront of my gate, so I've decided to call them to send someone to my house, firstly the lady gave me a wrong address not even in my area, secondly she didn't even sound convincing that she'll send someone out. And boy o boy was I right. The person left my gate without them even coming, when I've called again to say she mustn't even border, the one I spoke to rather asked me what's my pin, after giving it to her she dropped the phone. I suspect it's the same one I spoke to earlier. I even complained about my unhappiness on their website, they told me that they'll give my number to their branch manager, he called me to make an arrangement to come see me the Monday. Guess what, he never even pitched. He never called to do a follow-up or anything of that sort. I would like to CANCEL my contract with you guys!!!
