To whom it my concern I would like to give notice to with ADT, please note we will be out on the 31st July 2017 and I need you to come and remove your radio by then. Please contact me to make the necessary arrangement with technician. Please send reply in confirmation upon receipt of this email THEN I GOT PHONED AND I TOLD THE CALL CENTRE PERSON TO COME AND COLLECT THE RADIO AND ASKED IF THAT WAS MY LAST PAYMENT AND I WAS TOLD YES THIS MONTH MONEY COMES OFF I PHONE AGAIN AND GET TOLD THIS WAS NOW MY LAST MONTH AND CALL CENTRE AGENT WAS SO RUDE REALLY, I THEN ASKED FOR A MANAGER OR SUPERVIOSER TO CONTACT ME STILL WAITING WHAT THE ........ I STILL HAVE THE RADIO
