BAD SERVICE

Two weeks ago we asked a sales person to come and provide us with a quotation in order to move some stuff for us. The sale person by the name of Leon came and did everything and I accepted the quote. I paid the money for them to proceed. They called my wife and confirmed that the installation will be done on the 06/02/2015 and they will be there at 14:30. Gideon only arrived at the place at about 16:00 after more than 5 calls made to Leon. When Gideon finally arrived he said it will be a 4 hour job and Leon never provided us with the correct information. Gideon confirmed again that he would return on Monday to complete everything at 12:00 and he only arrived 14:00.We made sure that we were available both days and times which they provided us with but they weren't even polite to apologize and be on time. He done a ****py installation, never mounted the stuff correctly and also never removed the old wiring. I called Leon the sale person and told him what happened and he promised me that he would escalate it to the Manager in charge, im still waiting for the Manager to call me and im still waiting for someone to call me to reschedule. I really think I should cancel my services
