Bad Service

On 30th june 2015 at 11:45am I received a call from ADT that my alarm went off, at 12:09 (24 minutes later) I recieved another call where I was informed that there was a break in attempt. I left the office at 12:15 and I arrived home at 12:35 whereI found 2 security officer waiting outside the gate. The other officer left and the other one stayed and explained what happend. I went to verify what i was told by the security officer. The police arrived a few minutes later and as they were about to take the statement, the security officer explianed that he is not the one who responded to the scene. So I had to give the statement to the police of what I found. At 17:10 I called ADT to request a fulltime security guard since the main door was broken and cannot be fixed within a short period. The person who answered said she will give our request to the supervisor and call us back. We called again at 17:25 and still got the same answer. I called again ar 18:19 and was transfered to Isaac who was very rude and said he doesnt have security officers and he will get one and call us back. At aroud 9pm we called again to followup and we were told that they cant help us.
