Bad service

<p>I am for many years a customer from ADT. I did pay a amount for them to install the alarm system and since then rent it on a monthly basis. A year ago I had a problem with my alarm. They want me to pay for it and after a long discussion and wait period they did it for free. Know I have a similar problem with their alarm which I rent and again they want me to pay for a callout and parts thats wear and tear. Be sure before you sign a contract that you are aware of this.</p>
