Bad Service

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing to inform you of the problems I been facing with ADT since a few years now.</p> <p>I cancelled my ADT Security service in 2014 due to poor service, they never respond to any alarms timeously and i felt insecure with not having a reliable company to secure my property.</p> <p>when I cancelled i was not informed to pay any oustanding payments by ADT, but after a year I recieved a call from a debt colletor to pay R700, I then made several requests for an invoice to make the payment.</p> <p>On receipt payment was remitted and proof sent to the debt collector.</p> <p>After a year i recieved a call from another debt company reqesting me to pay, again with no invoice or amounts, we dealt with serveral people at this company up to managment level with no joy.</p> <p>This year we receieve a call from another debt company informing us to pay agin and now my debt is sitting at around R6k.</p> <p>we sent all the correspondence from previous years with no response.</p> <p>'We are so tired of this, i have threathen before with making contact with "Hello Peter"to report this but thought someone could have resolved the problem until we recieved calls again this year.</p> <p>Please can you Help!!!!!!</p> <p>Iwill attached all correspondence if allowed to.</p>
