Bad Service

The service that we received from ADT Security is far below Zero. We have cancelled our ADT service and gave the neccessary notice. After numerous correspondence to them indicating that we do not owe them any payments they went and handed is over to collections department. Try dealing with them is even worse as they ask you for proof of the correspondence for the cancellation they still do not attend to this and 2 weeks later you get another e-mail and phone calls and then the amounts just keeps on getting higher. The service is beyond poor.
