BAD Security service EVER!!

The worst security company to work with!!! Very bad service!! Took them 2 months to complete installation in our complex, after we have emailed a number of times. 1. Don’t show up for appointments and does not even bother to make new ones, we had to constantly email for assistance. 2. Half the panic buttons does not work – ones again not being tested 3. After 3 months our electrical fence’s alarm is still not connected to ADT 4. Still waiting for our ADT board for our gate – 3 months now 5. All of a sudden we have “passwords” – no one has been issued a password 6. Billing is not the same as what was quoted 7. ADT have NO communication skills! Emails are not answered, relations person has disappeared and they just ignores all WhatsApp’s of emergencies in our complex Will not recommend ADT to anyone and we are cancelling ASAP.
