BAD RESPONSE TO BURGLARY

on Sunday 26th April at 2.12am ADT phoned me to inform me that the alarm went of at my business premises, the person who called said they will get armed response to check and will call me back. At 2.27am ADT called me to and said that armed response was at the premises and they did a check and everything was OK. I in return told the caller to please tell armed response they must do regular patrols to the premises to make sure everything is in order. <br> ADT was never at the premises at the time the alarm went of and never did a check nor patrol the area . the *****'s got in from the front garage door , the door was so badly damaged that anyone passing would notice it straightaway. the *****'s was in and out of the premises from 2.12am onwards, at 7.00am my neighbour called to say that someone spotted the *****'s leaving my place with the ****** goods. I immediately phoned ADT and told them what has happened and they in return phoned the police, when I got to the premises the police was already there, they patrolled and apprehended the *****'s within the hour.<br> if ADT did patrol they would have seen the DAMAGED garage door Immediately and my loss would be minimal<br> <br>
