Bad Response time

<p>For the past 5 years our house has been burglered into 4 times and no help was received from ADT.</p> <p>Two weeks ago a burglery took place while we were sleeping and a mounted 55' Smart Plasma was ******,and the alarm only went off when glass ornaments fell which were thrown from outisede through a window that they broke, the ****s had time to break the burgler bars and un***** the mounted TV without the alarm going off ..NOW TELL ME HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??????Again yesterday there was another break in which happened during the day while we were at work, they broke the kitchen door this time, and we belive they came to get theTV remote because they took the wrong remote the last time and they also helped themselves with our shoes which were in the main bedroom and kitchen appliances..AGAIN how is it possible for the ****s to open the door and move around the house without the alarm going off?? what is the purpose of the sensors in the house???The alarm only went off when my brother inlaw opened the door when he came back from work .. We are still busy with the insurance claim for the TV,now we must claim again??? why are we paying so much money for such poor and terrible service??We are starting to think that all these break ins are inside jobs within ADT itself because the houses that get broken into are the ones that have ADT security system..Even when they arrive the only thing they do is write whatever on their s**** paper then they leave,and you will never hear from them until the next break in..ADT has been nothing but USELESS to us..
