Bad response time!!!!

<p><br />Good day</p> <p>my alarm system at home turned on at 12:40Am, not a single Phone call from ADT security not a single patrol vehicle and basically nothing what a waste of a security company what are waste of our money in that time I could've been shot hijacked or worst murded</p> <p>At 12:55 AM I pressed my panic button to confirm that the system is actually in fully functioning order , I didn't received a call from ADT confirming that they have received A panic Signal</p> <p>When I confronted believe it actually called me back after the second panic or the second alarm.
