Bad response

On Saturday night my alarm went off at 01:50 I only received a call from the call center at 02:40 if this was a matter of life and death we would all be ****ed before our so called security company has even responded. The I called the technical department today to tell them that there is a problem with the alarm system as it's going off all the time, this is a rented system and they need to come fix it, I pay extra ever month for the rental. Only to be told there system says that I own my system and a call out fee will be charged. This is not what was told to me when I took out the contract with Adt I was told as long as I'm renting the system if there is a problem with the alarm Adt will come out and fix the problem on there cost as the system belongs to them.
