Bad incomplete service

I had a very Rocky experience with ADT fedility security company, it took them a week after making a payment to send Technicians to install an alarm system. The technicians came installed the alarm system and when I asked about the alert boards that reads ADT Fedility but I'm being sent from Pillar to post. I feel like there's no alarm system because there's no warning board that should intimidate the *****s yet my payments are up to date. I'm disappointed I'm ADT Fedility security company. There service sucks
