bad experience

<p>I joined ADT in October 2015 paid made a cash deposit of 2000 and made arrangements that the outstanding 1800 be debited from my account which it did now a year and 5 months later they are sending me emails claiming i still owe then 1800 i recieved a email with a statement which shows my 2000 but on their statement it reflects in March 2016.</p>
