Bad Customer Service and attitude of Staff

This is now the second time that I have to complain about the service of ADT and its staff. Earlier this year I had beams installed on my property. All was okay, when about a month ago, the alarm started going off for no reason. I spoke to numerous people regarding the alarm, I was promised feedback on numerous occasions..i still haven't had feedback regarding the alarm going off. Yes ADT has sent out Technicians coming to check out the system...each giving a different story....and yet nothing has been done. I even called the office a few times trying to get feedback on what else to do...I either get put on hold....there is never a manager on duty to get back to me....I am so frustrated, and feel like cancelling the contract with ADT....I seriously don't know how they operate their business.
