Bad customer service

<p>I am trying to cancel my services, and a lady by the name of Lucia called me and left a voice message. I have been trying to get her to call me back for 3 weeks now. The last time I spoke to her, she did not know who I was, or or what my case was. She just said she'll get someone to call me. I have heard nothing since, nor has she returned my requests to call me back. I have my cancellation ticket number which I received on the 7th April, my request to cancel is still on going.</p>
