Bad customer service

Last night I tried to arm my alarm and the alarm didn't respond I called the company they took me through steps to bypass with no success I was promised technicians will come to me in the morning they didn't I called again spoke to Charmaine was not happy with her explanation I requested to speak to the team leader she put me on hold for 20 minutes until there was no sound I called again spoke to Tshepang who promised me that they will squeeze me in and that he will call me during the day he did not call Now at 1718 I called again spoke to Ashley and she said a technician will come tomorrow If I was in an aflluent surburb they would have jumped Very disappointed
