Bad customer servicce

Never received such a Bad service from ADT you will swear that is the only security service available...They don't return any calls they just tell you no..someone will call you back...I have spoken to Several People with ***(Thabisile,wandile,Mphonyane) and to date nothing happens...I signed a contract that states very well that effective date of billing is 2015/11/01 and to my surprise I get an invoice that i need to pay the October Fees....What the hell...don't anybody in account read any contract....The worse part of it is that when we signed a contract they told us someone will come through within 5 days...and no they came after a month...and when they come through they charge us call fee...For what exactly i am not sure as they were supposed to check that their ****** thing is working after we've signed the contract...How can you activate account without checking if its working or not.....
