Bad bad service from Thabang in accounts

Hi I am still waiting for fidelity secure drive for feedback . If this is the kind of service I get from them then I am rather going to cancel my debits . A guy by the name of Thabang called me and said he will call me back the following day but he never called . I need this account to be sorted

I have send him numerous e emails since last week but he does not respond . So Thabang because of you I am going to reverse all debits from secure drive .
