Bad attitude can kill a person

On 07April 2016 at 1:58 the alarm went off the person(Nandipha) who called from Adt was very unprofessional, she asked me my name is told her she didn't hear me I repeated my self and she shouted at me to say is your password same sars you name? I was confused but than I said oo my password is....than she just hangup as an angry person. As I was sleeping i was thinking, if somone was holding me at gunpoint, I would have said my password and she would have reacted that way that means I would have been killed. My aim would be 4 her to send security. I demand apology from her. I did phone Adt and complete they said they will phone me back but nothing. She has called before, but it was the first time she was this band. I have a recording of this, she left me hanging in could hear the sound of the phone when put down it was anot angry person with good by or thank u. And she nerve ask me the password.
