BAD and Improper service

We contacted ADT Security for a Alarm system to be installed at our home.<br> The Person Julius came to see my wife and gave a few option for us to choose from. we choose to rent option as it suits our pockets. <br> on Thursday 11 June 2015, at 12:09 we received a call saying everything is approved and we just need to make the payment of R849 for the alarm to be installed.<br> <br> Today is 18 June 2015. i called Julius again to find out whats going on. this is when he said to me: Theres a problem. Cause your wife is on DEBT review we can not approve the alarm system.<br> <br> this is UNACCEPTABLE. Because ADT said we are approved and everything is in Order, I WANT MY ALARM SYSTEM INSTALLED!!!. They cant come a week later and change their mind now.<br> <br> We told them from beginning were under debt review.<br> <br> I WANT THE OWNER OF ADT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, IM GOING TO PHONE MY LAWYER ALSO NOW. <br> <br> I WANT RESULTS ASAP!!!
