BAD ADT SERVICE

I thought to change from one security company to another would actually improve the service I get, but to no avail. From the time of the sales consultant came to see me - I had no proper feedback regarding arranging appointments to get linked. On top of that my alarm was not even properly connected and did not even show at the control room when my alarm was activated. I then was told that they can only assist me on the 10th, granted that they took my money but I'm not getting the service. After I had to become once again a nasty person they then send a standby person to my premises and on top of that wanted to bill me. They now came to fix the alarm, but now my led lights that show that the alarm is on or off is not working. One problem fixed another problem created..... Also if you dial their number *** you do not even get all the options it get stuck on 1 - but you have to listen to their message of how wonderful they are and additional products.....I rest my case - they can't even provide what they started of with but want to expand..... Maybe I need to look for another security company - now holding on to the phone for 25min without speaking to anyone......
