Awful ADT response time in Helderkruin
For the second time in as many weeks ADT’s response time in the Helderkruin (on the west rand) has been awful ! I received a call 3 hours after my alarm was activated to ask me if everything was alright. What made this experience even worse is that it was after 1am in the morning. They have just lost a customer.
