I had called in twice this year and both times I had been assisted by Jason who had gone out of his way to not only assist but accommodate me. On both occasions I had needed a technician to come out and he would say don't worry Mr abbas I would try my best and I was never let down. I feel really and truly appreciated as a client to know that people like him are the driving forces between customer and company. He is not only an asset but an inspiration of what South Africa Lacks.
