AWAITING REFUND

ADT Security personnel promised free unlimited services to the church due to a burglary at the church in 2011 whereby the ADT guards did not respond and valuables were ******. As they were unable to replace the goods they committed to the free service to the church to compensate for the losses. However due to lack of communication on the part of ADT staff/management the monthly debit order from the church bank was not cancelled. I have since been trying to get them to sort the account but they refused to take responsibility . After much effort they eventually agreed to refund all monies that were deducted since 2011...but have not done so to date as promised . I send regular emails that they do not respond to neither do they take or return my telephone calls. Besides them neglecting to meet their commitments ...the security system has not been in operation since January 2015 of which they have been repeatedly notified and have done nothing about. However we are still being charged by ADT for this as well.<br> PLEASE ASSIST in resolving this matter as the money belongs to a non profit religious organisation and we really cannot afford this.
