Avoid at all costs

Not recommended at all - there are various other companies to use instead. I cancelled a hundred times and they still take money from my account. I had to close my bank account. Nothing prevents them from charging your account as I have learned. I had an alarm installed and advised them that the tenant will pay the account and will make arrangements or vice versa. Having my account details on the form was a mere "formality" I was told as the property was not rented yet. The tenants vanished after several months of not paying their rent and so did some parts of the alarm system vanish too. Despite not having an active alarm they still charge me for a service. I did also cancel in writing on several occasions. They threatened to hand me over and give me a bad credit score. The alarm as far as I know never worked. It is not even working now. I paid cash for the initial installation. I wasted a lot of time sending emails and making phone calls and their weapon of choice? To ignore me totally and deduct money from my account regardless and I am sure they did hand me over already. Don't do business with this company. It has been a nightmare for several months already and they don't care at all. I am sure they have enough clients who they continue to ******* in order to cover some of their operating costs and bonuses - I don't think they are spending any money on staff training and I don't think they have a customer satisfaction department or dispute resolution centre at all. If you have a contract I am afraid you are married for life. Since this is the attitude I can't imagine placing my life or security in their hands...
